I have also had the privilege of being part of dynamic teams with magnificent visions of large scale projects. Here I have been given the opportunity to be part of the project from the planning stage working with architects, engineers, and designers. Here my contribution starts from conceptualizing, image, menus, kitchen design and layout, dining area design and flow as well as training of the team.
